All the major ones: Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT models), and Google (Gemini). Fair-use Gemini 3.7 Flash is included, so nothing needs connecting to get started. For the premium models you can paste an API key from any provider — or connect the Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already pay for — and you pay that provider directly, with no markup from us. If you would rather not hold accounts, buy prepaid Nora AI Credit and we handle them. Either way you control which models each employee uses.

Can you set it up for me?

Yes — that is the done-for-you side. Quick Start gets your tools connected and your agents configured, the Integration Pack wires up your wider stack with custom automations, Private deployment puts Nora on your own infrastructure, and Custom AI jobs cover anything bespoke. Every business is different, so Mark scopes the work with you personally — get in touch and tell him what you need.

How much does the AI usage cost?

Nothing extra to begin with: the plan includes $15/month of fair-use Gemini 3.7 Flash usage, which covers everyday text work. Past that it depends on the models you choose. On your own key, a team of 5-10 AI employees running daily tasks on premium models typically runs $50-200/month billed by your provider — or $0 extra if you connect a Claude or ChatGPT subscription you already have. On Nora AI Credit you pay provider rates plus 30%, out of a prepaid pack that lasts 12 months. Route simple work to the included model and save the premium ones for complex jobs.

What is the self-healing agent?

Is my data safe?

Every customer gets their own isolated instance — a separate process, a separate database, and its own encryption key.
